COVID-19: Kentucky Falling Behind in
Vaccinations
Dr. Kevin Kavanagh from Health Watch USAsm stresses the
importance of receiving vaccinations. In Kentucky, we were at one time
ahead of the national average, now we are falling behind. And in pockets
in rural areas the vaccination rate is very low. Children between the
ages of 12 and 18 do not fall ill as often as adults but do readily
spread the virus. Older children also need to be vaccinated. The Indian
(Delta) and Brazilian (Gamma) Variants are now expanding in the United
States, making vaccinations even more imperative. Jack Pattie Show. June
