The Country's Triple Threat and The
Need for Strong Public Health Engagement - Dr. Joycelyn Elders
Dr. Joycelyn Elders discusses the triple threat of SARS-CoV-2, Monkeypox
and Polio. Public Health must become the leader in public safety and
disease prevention. COVID-19 has taught us the importance of equity,
racism and elitism. We must engage everyone, including community leaders
to motivate their communities to adopt public health strategies and
vaccinations. We need to become smarter and listen to everyone including
those who do not want to become vaccinated. The world needs to be
vaccinated to stop the pandemic. Until we vaccinate
the world to stop the pandemic. We have to be successful; the health of
our country is at stake.
